Ingredients
- 6 ounces corn chips
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 pulse the corn chips and butter in a food processor to make coarse crumbs.
- 2 toss the crumbs with the parsley and season with pepper.
- 3 set aside until needed.
