Cheese Tortellini With Garden Vegetables

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 1 (9 ounce) package buitoni three cheese tortellini, cooked,drained and kept warm
  • 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 medium zucchini, unpeeled and cut into strips
  • 5 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and cut into strips
  • 1 medium yellow bell pepper, seeded and cut into strips
  • 1 (15 ounce) container buitoni marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil

Recipe

  • 1 heat butter in large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • 2 add zucchini, mushrooms and bell peppers; cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes or until tender.
  • 3 reduce heat to low; add sauce.
  • 4 cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until heated through.
  • 5 remove from heat, add pasta and toss.
  • 6 sprinkle with basil and serve.
