Corn Casserole

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) can corn
  • 1 (16 ounce) can creamed corn
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 (8 ounce) box jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 pint sour cream (8 oz.)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • 2 mix corn (drain can), creamed corn, jiffy corn muffin mix, melted butter, and eggs.
  • 3 pour into 8x8 casserole dish.
  • 4 spread sour cream on top.
  • 5 sprinkle cheddar on top.
  • 6 bake 40 mins at 400 degrees.
