Corn Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) can corn
- 1 (16 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 1 (8 ounce) box jiffy corn muffin mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 pint sour cream (8 oz.)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- 2 mix corn (drain can), creamed corn, jiffy corn muffin mix, melted butter, and eggs.
- 3 pour into 8x8 casserole dish.
- 4 spread sour cream on top.
- 5 sprinkle cheddar on top.
- 6 bake 40 mins at 400 degrees.
