Corn Casserole

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (8 ounce) can green giant mexicorn
  • 1 (10 ounce) package yellow rice mix
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup grated cheese

Recipe

  • 1 cook rice according to pkg. directions. add butter; stir until melted. add corn and soup. put all in casserole and top with cheese. bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
