Buttermilk Mac' N' Cheese

Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 3 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 (7 ounce) package elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, beat the eggs.
- 2 stir in the cheese, buttermilk, butter and salt.
- 3 add the cooked macaroni and mix well.
- 4 pour into a greased 13 inches x 9 inch x 2 inch baking dish.
- 5 bake uncovered, at 350 degrees, for 45-50 minutes or until a thermoneter reads 160 degrees.
