- 1/2 lb linguine (dry)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- to taste salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook the pasta in boiling water to the desired degree of doneness.
- 2 drain, but do not rinse.
- 3 return to the pot.
- 4 toss in the remaining ingredients and warm over low heat until the butter and cheese melts (about 1 minute).
- 5 serve immediately as a side dish or entrée.
