Ingredients

- 1 cup fully cooked rice
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup chopped celery (optional)
- 1/2 cup mixed mushrooms (optional)
- 2 cups boiled diced chicken (could use canned chicken)
- 1/2 lb velveeta cheese, melted
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients
- 2 pour into greased casserole dish and bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
- 3 let set for 5 minutes before serving.
