Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups rice
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 7 cups water
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 piece ginger
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled and smashed
- salt and pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 combine all the ingredients in a large saucepan.
- 2 cook for 2 -3 hours over low heat, stirring frequently.
