A.1. Chicken Thighs With Coucous #a1

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 3/4 cup a.1. original sauce
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages mediterranean-style couscous pasta, prepared by steaming for 5 minutes in boiling water
  • 10 large spinach leaves, chopped finely
  • 1/4 cup prepared yellow mustard

Recipe

  • 1 bake chicken thighs at 375 degrees for approximately 1 hour, remove from oven and coat evenly with a.1.sauce.
  • 2 in prepared warm couscous, mix the chopped spinach leaves and mustard.
  • 3 serve 2 chicken thighs on top of a mound of the couscous pasta for each entree.
