Ingredients
- 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 3/4 cup a.1. original sauce
- 2 (10 ounce) packages mediterranean-style couscous pasta, prepared by steaming for 5 minutes in boiling water
- 10 large spinach leaves, chopped finely
- 1/4 cup prepared yellow mustard
Recipe
- 1 bake chicken thighs at 375 degrees for approximately 1 hour, remove from oven and coat evenly with a.1.sauce.
- 2 in prepared warm couscous, mix the chopped spinach leaves and mustard.
- 3 serve 2 chicken thighs on top of a mound of the couscous pasta for each entree.
