- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 10 ounces broccoli
- 1/2 cup milk or 1/2 cup cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 10 ounces spaghetti
- salt
Recipe
- 1 boil pasta el dente.
- 2 boil broccoli el dente.
- 3 puree broccoli,chicken broth,butter,cheese and milk.
- 4 toss with pasta.
- 5 enjoy.
