- 3/4 cup uncooked rice
- 1 cup celery
- 1 large onion
- 10 1/2 ounces cream of mushroom soup
- 21 ounces water
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Recipe
- 1 chop celery and onion. mix all ingredients and put into a greased 13 x 9 casserole dish. bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. turn down oven heat to 350 degrees and bake additional hour.
