Ingredients

- 1/2 lb diced bacon
- 1 cup rice, cooked
- 1 cup diced carrot, parboiled
- 1 cup celery, parboiled
- 1 cup fresh peas or 1 cup frozen peas
- soy sauce
Recipe
- 1 cook bacon in lg skillet until crisp.
- 2 drain on paper towels.
- 3 to skillet, add cooked rice, and vegetables.
- 4 cook and stir for 7-8 minutes.
- 5 stir in bacon.
- 6 serve with soy sauce.
