Cindy's Cornbread Casserole

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) package jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup margarine

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375.
  • 2 while preheating, place butter in 8x8 baking dish to melt.
  • 3 mix ingredients and pour in baking dish with melted butter.
  • 4 bake 30 minutes or until top is crusty.
  • 5 for a 9x13 dish, double recipe.
