Cindy's Cornbread Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) package jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup margarine
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375.
- 2 while preheating, place butter in 8x8 baking dish to melt.
- 3 mix ingredients and pour in baking dish with melted butter.
- 4 bake 30 minutes or until top is crusty.
- 5 for a 9x13 dish, double recipe.
