Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon oil
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.)
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups minute rice, uncooked
- 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen, thawed)
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in large non-stick skillet on medium-high heat.
- 2 add chicken, cover and cook 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- 3 remove chicken from skillet.
- 4 add soup and 1 soup can (1-1/3 cups) water to skillet; stir.
- 5 bring to boil and stir in rice and broccoli.
- 6 top with chicken; cover and cook on low heat 5 minutes.
- 7 season to taste.
