Bree's Vegan Macaroni And Cheese

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 16 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 12 ounces of your favorite melt able soy cheese
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/3 cup vegan margarine or 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup rice milk

Recipe

  • 1 cook elbow macaroni until al dente.
  • 2 stir in rice milk and margarine until melted.
  • 3 add nutritional yeast and stir well.
  • 4 add vegan cheese and cook on medium heat until melted.
