Cheap Frank-and-spaghetti Bake

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 1 (8 ounce) package spaghetti
  • 2/3 cup bottled meatless spaghetti sauce
  • 1/4 lb frank, cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley or 1 1/2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

Recipe

  • 1 cook spaghetti and place in a 1 1/2 quart casserole.
  • 2 combine next 6 ingredients (sauce through pepper) and pour over spaghetti; top with cheese.
  • 3 cover and bake at 350f 30 minutes.
