Creamy Spinach Linguine

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 8 ounces linguine
  • 10 ounces baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons tarragon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/4 cup parmigiano-reggiano cheese

Recipe

  • 1 cook linguine as per package.
  • 2 just before pasta is finished, stir in spinach.
  • 3 drain.
  • 4 melt butter in saucepan and stir in cream, tarragon, salt and pepper.
  • 5 bring to a boil.
  • 6 add pasta and spinach; toss with cheese.
  • 7 sprinkle additional cheese on top and serve.
