Buffalo Chicken Macaroni Salad (weight Watcher Friendly)

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fat free ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup fat-free miracle whip
- 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon frank's red hot sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 1/2 cups chicken breasts, cooked and diced
- 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat macaroni (measured dry)
- 1 medium tomato, diced
Recipe
- 1 cook macaroni according to package directions.
- 2 rinse under cold water and drain.
- 3 refrigerate until cold.
- 4 in a large bowl, combine dressing, mayonnaise, blue cheese, hot sauce and paprika.
- 5 add chicken, celery, onion and macaroni. mix well to combine.
- 6 stir in tomatoes.
- 7 cover and refrigerate at least 30 mins.gently stir again before serving.
