Cheap And Easy Veggie Chili

Ingredients

- 4 mushrooms
- 1 pinch hot chili powder
- 1 (400 g) can chopped tomatoes
- 0.5 (250 g) can baked beans
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 0.5 (250 g) a packet quorn mince
- 1/3 pint vegetable stock
- rice
Recipe
- 1 fry the mushrooms.
- 2 put tinned tomatoes in a pan and bring to heat.
- 3 add chili powder to taste.
- 4 add mushrooms.
- 5 add mince and baked beans.
- 6 add vegetable stock and onion powder.
- 7 simmer for 15 minutes.
- 8 boil rice and serve straight away (garlic bread is a great side dish!).
