Creamy Tomato And Feta Linguine

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 lb linguine
  • 1 cup canned crushed tomatoes
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup dry wine
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled

Recipe

  • 1 in a large saucepan of boiling salted water, cook linguine.
  • 2 meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, combine tomatoes, garlic and wine. cook over medium high heat until liquid reduces by one third, 4-5 minutes.
  • 3 reduce heat to medium. simmer 3 minutes. add paprika, salt and dill. add cream, stirring continuously until heated through, 1-2 minutes. do not boil.
  • 4 drain pasta and place in a serving bowl. toss with feta cheese. spoon hot sauce over pasta and serve.
