Beer Bread

Ingredients

• 3 cups self-rising flour
• 12 ounces beer (preferrably a flavorful beer)
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/3 cup butter, melted (3/4 stick)

Recipe

• 1 mix first three ingredients together.
• 2 pour into a greased loaf pan.
• 3 bake for 45 minutes at 350.
• 4 pour melted butter over the top.
• 5 bake another 10-15 minutes.
