Chicken & Tomato Fettuccine

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 9 ounces refrigerated fettuccine, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 large cooked chicken breasts
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup pitted ripe olives, halved
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 cook pasta according to package and drain.
  • 2 add cheese, cooked chicken and return to heat - toss to coat while heating.
  • 3 remove from heat and add tomatoes and pitted olive halves,
  • 4 salt and pepper to taste toss well and serve.
