Baked Zucchini With Tomatoes

  • 3 medium zucchini
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 sweet green pepper
  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper, black
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Recipe
