Ingredients

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- salt and pepper, to taste
- paprika, to taste
- 1 1/4 cups water or 1 1/4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup regular uncooked rice
- 1/4 cup dry onion soup mix
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tablespoons diced pimentos
Recipe
- 1 sprinkle chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- 2 mix chicken broth, uncooked rice, onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, and pimientos together.
- 3 put in a greased 11x7x1-1/2 inch baking dish.
