- 1 1/3 cups water
- 3/4 cup uncooked regular long grain rice
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese

- 1 heat oven to 375 degrees. stir soup, water, rice in baking dish. top with chicken. cover with foil. bake for 50 minutes. top with cheese. let sitfor 5 minutes to cool.
