- 14 ounces coconut milk
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup basmati rice
Recipe
- 1 bring coconut milk and 1 cup broth to a boil over high heat in a 3 or 4 quart pan (watch it because it will boil over quickly), then add rice.
- 2 cover and simmer until rice is tender, about 25 minutes.
- 3 remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
