Buckwheat Noodles With Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 12 ounces buckwheat noodles
  • 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1/2 lb mushroom, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 2/3 cup low-fat yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Recipe

  • 1 pour boiling water over noodles, cover, let stand 8 minutes then drain.
  • 2 melt butter in skillet and add mushrooms and saute 5 minutes.
  • 3 season with salt and pepper.
  • 4 stir in yogurt and soy sauce.
  • 5 pour sauce over noodles and serve.
