Chicken Zucchini Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 cups boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups fresh zucchini, sliced
- 2 medium onions, chopped coarsly
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 4 cups cooked spiral shaped pasta
- 1 cup light cream
- 1 cup gruyere cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 saute the chicken in olive oil until no longer pink.
- 2 add onions, zucchini and poultry season
- 3 saute for 2 - 3 minutes then add the chicken broth.
- 4 simmer another few minutes until zucchini is tender. remove from heat.
- 5 add chicken and vegetables to cooked pasta in a casserole dish.
- 6 pour cream over, stir gently and top with cheese.
- 7 bake for 30 minutes until cheese is brown.
- 8 serve with green salad.
