• 2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
• 1 1/3 cups cream of wheat
• 2 2/3 cups bread flour
• 2 tablespoons gluten (optional)
• 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 2 2/3 tablespoons sugar
• 2 medium eggs
• 5 tablespoons butter
• 1 1/3 cups water

Recipe
