Comfort Goulash

Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 -2 garlic clove
- 1 medium onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can tomato soup
- 2 cups beef broth
- 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 brown the beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 2 add the garlic, onion, and bell pepper. cook until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- 3 add the tomato soup, beef broth, soy sauce, and stir.
- 4 lower the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- 5 add the macaroni and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring often so that the pasta doesn't stick to the pan.
- 6 remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish. sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top, and when it is melted, it is ready to serve!
