Ingredients

- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 (14 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth
- 2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
- 1 cup cubed cooked chicken breast
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
Recipe
- 1 saute onion and garlic in oil until tender.
- 2 stir in the remaining ingredients and heat through.
