Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 1/2 cups rice
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 15 chicken breast tenders or 6 chicken breast halves
- poultry seasoning
Recipe
- 1 in a baking dish or roaster place the rice.
- 2 place the chicken on top of the rice.
- 3 sprinkle seasoning over the chicken.
- 4 mix all soups together in a bowl.
- 5 carefully pour the soup mixture over the chicken and the rice.
- 6 cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for about an hour for the tenders and about 2 hours for the breast halves.
