- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (14 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1 cup long grain rice (uncooked)
- 1 3/4 cups water
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2 mix rice,soup,water,and salt in a 9"x13" baking dish.
- 3 place chicken breasts on top.
- 4 cover with foil and seal tightly around edges.
- 5 bake for 1 hour or until done.
