Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 cup cooked chicken
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 teaspoon onion, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 3 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1 cup potato chips, crushed
Recipe
- 1 mix all the ingredients together except for the potato chips.
- 2 spoon into a buttered casserole dish.
- 3 top with potato chips.
- 4 bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
