Creamy Gorgonzola And Pine Nut Tagliatelle

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 5 ounces tagliatelle pasta noodles
  • 4 ounces gorgonzola
  • 10 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 ounces arugula
  • 1 tablespoon pine nuts, toasted

Recipe

  • 1 bring a large pan of salted water to the boil , add the spaghetti and cook for about 10 mins until al dente.
  • 2 drain the pasta using a colander and leave to one side. add the gorgonzola and cream to the pan and heat gently, stirring for a couple of minutes until the cheese melts.
  • 3 stir in the pasta and season with salt and pepper. serve in warm bowls topped with the arugula and pine nuts.
