Creamy Gorgonzola And Pine Nut Tagliatelle

- 5 ounces tagliatelle pasta noodles
- 4 ounces gorgonzola
- 10 tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 ounces arugula
- 1 tablespoon pine nuts, toasted
Recipe
- 1 bring a large pan of salted water to the boil , add the spaghetti and cook for about 10 mins until al dente.
- 2 drain the pasta using a colander and leave to one side. add the gorgonzola and cream to the pan and heat gently, stirring for a couple of minutes until the cheese melts.
- 3 stir in the pasta and season with salt and pepper. serve in warm bowls topped with the arugula and pine nuts.
