Crab Fettuccine

Ingredients

- 1 lb lump crabmeat
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 1/2 cups half-and-half
- 9 ounces fettuccine
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 drain crabmeat, remove any bits of shell.
- 2 melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add pressed garlic and sauté until tender. stir in half and half, and bring to a boil. reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 to 7 minutes or until mixture is thickened.
- 3 add crabmeat, hot cooked pasta, parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, and pepper, tossing gently.
- 4 serve immediately.
