Crab Fettuccine

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb lump crabmeat
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1 1/2 cups half-and-half
  • 9 ounces fettuccine
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 drain crabmeat, remove any bits of shell.
  • 2 melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add pressed garlic and sauté until tender. stir in half and half, and bring to a boil. reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 to 7 minutes or until mixture is thickened.
  • 3 add crabmeat, hot cooked pasta, parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, and pepper, tossing gently.
  • 4 serve immediately.
