Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 2 ounces flat egg noodles
- 1/2 cup raw chicken meat, cut into bite-size pieces
- salt and pepper
- 2 teaspoons chopped parsley
Recipe
- 1 simmer the chicken broth and celery about 5 minutes.
- 2 add the chicken pieces and cook about 2 minutes, or until done.
- 3 add the noodles and cook until tender.
- 4 add salt and pepper to taste and garnish with the parsley.
