Ingredients

- 8 ounces macaroni noodles
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups mild cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 ounces small curd cottage cheese
- 1 beaten egg
Recipe
- 1 boil noodles until tender.
- 2 mix cheeses, sour cream & egg in bowl.
- 3 pour noodles into mixture and stir together.
- 4 spread into 8 x 8 casserole dish.
- 5 bake for 45-60 minutes.
