Bob Evans Sausage Meatloaf

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 1 lb sausage
• 1/2 cup grated monterey jack cheese
• 1/2 cup oatmeal
• 1/2 cup ketchup, divided
• 1/4 cup finely diced onion
• 1 egg

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• 2 in medium bowl, add sausage, cheese, oatmeal, 1/4 cup ketchup, onion and egg.
• 3 mix thoroughly until well combined.
• 4 shape into a loaf and place in a greased 9"x4" loaf pan.
• 5 spread remaining 1/4 cup ketchup on top.
• 6 bake 60-70 minutes, or until done.
