Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 (5 ounce) can pet milk
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 teaspoons wine
- 1 lb large shrimp
- 1 cup escargot
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 lb crabmeat
Recipe
- 1 heat flour and butter in a medium sized saucepan over medium heat.
- 2 in another pan, bring pet milk to a slow boil; add the flour and butter mixture.
- 3 stir until thickened.
- 4 mix 1 cup cream sauce, escargot, pepper and salt in a large saucepan over low heat until warmed through.
- 5 add shrimp and crabmeat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- 6 serve over angel hair pasta.
