Battered Summer Squash Pasta

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 egg
  • ground peppercorn
  • 0.5 (8 ounce) packet linguine
  • oil
  • salt
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 yellow squash
  • 1 cup broccoli floret

Recipe

  • 1 batter (from rhonda in texas 178075).

  • 3 mix all ingredients together with wire whisk.
  • 4 dip veggies in batter, then deep fry in hot oil.
  • 5 boil linguini till al dente.
  • 6 roll in battered squash.
  • 7 add salt and pepper.
