Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 10 ounces campbell's cream of chicken soup
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 2 lbs chicken parts
- 1/3 cup flour
- 2 cups finely crushed taco flavored corn chips
- 2 tablespoons melted butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
Recipe
- 1 mix soup, water and hot pepper sauce. dust chicken with flour, dip in 1/2 cup soup mixture. roll in chips. place on rack in shallow baking pan. drizzle with butter.
- 2 bake at 350 for 1 hour or until done. heat remaining sauce; serve with chicken.
