Chicken Crunch Ole'

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 10 ounces campbell's cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 2 lbs chicken parts
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 2 cups finely crushed taco flavored corn chips
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter or 2 tablespoons margarine

Recipe

  • 1 mix soup, water and hot pepper sauce. dust chicken with flour, dip in 1/2 cup soup mixture. roll in chips. place on rack in shallow baking pan. drizzle with butter.
  • 2 bake at 350 for 1 hour or until done. heat remaining sauce; serve with chicken.
