Corkscrew Pasta And Cheese

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 lb extra-sharp cheddar cheese, about 2 cups grated
  • 12 ounces corkscrew macaroni
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 grate the cheese.
  • 2 cook the pasta in boiling water until done and drain.
  • 3 melt butter in the hot pot, add pasta and toss to coat.
  • 4 stir in the mustard, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
  • 5 add the grated cheese and toss to combine.
  • 6 serve as soon as the cheese melts.
