Chicken Spaghetti Casserole (taste Of Home)

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 8 ounces spaghetti, uncooked, broken into 3-inch pieces
  • 3 cups cooked chicken, cubed
  • 10 3/4 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup 2% low-fat milk
  • 4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
  • 4 ounces swiss cheese, shredded, divided
  • 4 ounces mushroom stems and pieces, drained
  • 1/2 cup roasted sweet red pepper, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons steak seasoning (montreal steak seasoning was used)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil

Recipe

  • 1 cook spaghetti according to package directions.
  • 2 in large bowl, combine the chicken, soup, onion, milk, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup swiss cheese, mushrooms, peppers, mayonnaise, steak seasoning (i used montreal steak seasoning) and basil.
  • 3 drain spaghetti.
  • 4 add to chicken mixture.
  • 5 toss to coat.
  • 6 transfer to a greased or nonstick sprayed 13 inch x 9 inch baking dish.
  • 7 cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • 8 uncover and sprinkle with remaining cheeses.
  • 9 bake an additional 5-10 minutes longer or until heated through and cheese is melted.
  • 10 note: montreal steak seasoning is the steak seasoning that was used in th recipe.
