- 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed (full fat)
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese (grate your own)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a large sauce pan.
- 2 set over low heat.
- 3 stir frequently until melted and smooth.
- 4 serve over your favorite pasta.
- 5 also good on broccoli or cauliflower.
