Cheesy Polenta Casserole With Roasted Bell Pepper Sauce

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 cups tomato-basil pasta sauce
- 1/4 pitted kalamata olive, chopped
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 (7 ounce) bottle roasted red peppers, drained and sliced
- 1 (16 ounce) package polenta, cut in 12 slices
- 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons fresh parmesan cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 combine first 5 ingredients in a saucepan. simmer 10 minutes.
- 3 spread sauce in bottom of a greased 13 x 9 baking dish.
- 4 arrange the polenta slices over the sauce.
- 5 spread remaining sauce over.
- 6 sprinkle with cheeses.
- 7 bake 20 minutes.
