Cheese & Chive Penne For One

Total Time: 18 mins Preparation Time: 3 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 3 1/2 ounces penne pasta
  • 1 ounce blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 ounce parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 1 dash milk
  • 2 teaspoons chives, chopped
  • 1 pinch paprika
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon english mustard

Recipe

  • 1 cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente and drain.
  • 2 leaving a small handful of each for later, melt the cheeses with the butter, a dash of milk and a little paprika in a saucepan (this should take about 2 to 3 minutes).
  • 3 stir in the mustard.
  • 4 stir in the pasta, milk, remaining cheeses and chives and serve.
