- 3 cups uncooked bow tie pasta
- 2 cups turkey breast, cooked and cubed
- 1/2 cup basil pesto
- 1/2 cup roasted red pepper, chopped
Recipe
- 1 cook pasta in a 3 quart saucepan as directed on package, drain. return pasta to saucepan.
- 2 add turkey, pesto and bell peppers to pasta. heat over low heat stirring constantly, until hot.
