Angel Hair Fresca

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 8 ounces angel hair pasta
• 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1/2 cup sun-dried tomato pesto

Recipe

• 1 bring water to boil in large pot.
• 2 stir pasta into boiling water.
• 3 boil for 1 minute.
• 4 stir in broccoli and boil for 4 more minutes, stir occasionally; drain well.
• 5 add butter to saucepan using residual heat to melt butter.
• 6 stir in pesto and pasta and broccoli.
• 7 toss to mix and serve.
