90 Minute Rolls

Total Time: 1 hr 30 mins Preparation Time: 1 hr 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 3 tablespoons crisco
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 2 tablespoons yeast
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 4 1/2-5 cups flour

Recipe

  • 1 dissolve yeast in water and add all other ingredients and mix well.
  • 2 let rise 20 minutes.
  • 3 shape into rolls.
  • 4 let rise 30 minutes.
  • 5 bake 15 minutes at 425°.
  • 6 you may need more flour to make the dough the right consistency (should be only slightly sticky, spray your hands with pam and dough will not stick to your hands).
